Without truth, you will never be able to reconcile.

In the Wake of Our Ancestors (95 minutes) follows filmmaker Angela Watrous and her aging father on a cross-country reckoning with their family’s and their country’s 400-year history of settler-colonization—speaking directly with Native American descendants of those their ancestors harmed.
